An Isokinator is of unusual quality. Every part on and in the device is only made of particularly durable material. But with regular, proper use with constantly increasing physical strength, there will be hardly any noticeable signs of use on the device. Even if you use a magnifying glass. Warranty conditions:

As a manufacturer, we grant you a 20-year guarantee on the Isokinator in addition to the statutory rights to defects. The period for calculating the warranty period begins on the invoice date. The geographical scope of guarantee protection is worldwide.

The guarantee relates to the Isokinator being free from defects, including functionality, material or production defects. If a defect occurs during the guarantee period, we will provide you with one of the following services of our choice under this guarantee:

• free repair of the goods or
• Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent article

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods

• normal wear and tear
• improper handling
• Failure to observe safety precautions
• Use of violence (e.g. blows)
• Attempted repairs on your own

A prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that you enable us to check the warranty claim (e.g. by sending the goods in). It is important to ensure that damage to the goods during transport is avoided by secure packaging. For the application for the guarantee service, a copy of the invoice for the consignment must be enclosed so that we can check whether the guarantee period has been met. Without a copy of the invoice, we can reject the guarantee. If the guarantee is justified, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. we will reimburse you for any shipping costs for returning the goods.

This manufacturer's guarantee from us does not limit your statutory rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. This manufacturer's guarantee therefore does not violate your legal rights, but rather extends your legal status.

If the purchased item is defective, you can in any case contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
