On which days and at which times is it best to work out?

After a 20-25 minute workout, your musculature will need a training-free day for regeneration and growth. Thus, it makes sense to work out on weekdays at the same time every day (for ex. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Saturday and Sunday would be free days. You can work out in the morning or the evening (simply try it out) or during a break at work. You can also do 1-2 exercises after extensive car travel or while sitting in a jumbo jet. Or work out on the beach, in a hotel or the woods. You can put the device in your trousers pocket, and it will accompany you wherever you go.
