An Isokinator can be repaired

Regardless of the original owner's warranty (purchased directly from us), an Isokinator can be repaired. Even though the device is extremely robust, and the warranty covers many things, something unexpected can still happen to your Isokinator. Here are a few examples from the past since 2008:

• The device fell from a 4th-floor balcony onto paving stones.
• A dog chewed through the straps (this has happened more than 10 times, by the way).
• Months of transport in an unpadded bicycle saddlebag loosened all the screws and caused the device to fall apart.
• Using the Isokinator differently than described in the instructions.
• Prolonged and regular contact with salt water without regular rinsing with fresh tap water.
