Do I need to be able to see the control display all the time?
Once you've used the Isokinator, you'll know that it's not necessary to constantly keep your eyes on the golden balls.
It's like driving a car
The novice driver looks more at the speedometer than at the road. With routine comes experience, and you swim sensitively in traffic. An occasional look at the speedometer is only for checking. A small deviation is not bad, you react and are immediately back in the green.
And that's how it is with Isokinator
If the optimal position of the golden balls is left for a short time, the training is not suddenly ineffective and unsuccessful. But the closer you get to the ideal position, the better. And the training gets a little bit better with time and physical adaptation.
