Should I do cardio training as well?


Cardio or cardiovascular training is stamina training. Endurance effects are included in the ISOKINATOR training program as well, however. Five minutes after your training session begins, endurance effects set in, indicated by deepened respiration and an athletic pulse which returns to normal levels slowly after training is completed. Thus, no additional running or jogging for endurance is necessary. If you wish to continue such activities out of habit, it is advisable to allow for 6 hours of rest between types of training.
